Please check the condition in front of 10 E Butler Avenue in Chalfont Borough. Originally the curb in front was constructed with a height of 8″. Over the years over paving the original height leaves the curb elevation approximately only 2 to 3″ above the paving.
That resulted that at even a moderate rain floods the sidewalk which start to break up and all waters from the road are splashing on to the sidewalk which now is below the top of curb leading all waters collected into our basement. I would like to have a solution to the problem before more structural problems are developing.
