The Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of governmental bodies. Each government agency is assigned an Open Records Officer (ORO) to handle requests. Public records will be available for inspection and/or copying at the Borough Administration Office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the exception of holidays.
