Administration
Chalfont Borough Administration is composed of the following departments: Administration, Code & Zoning, Emergency Management, Finance, Parks & Recreation, Police, and Public Works. Each department works together to accomplish the goals and policies set forth by Borough Council. The Borough Manager oversees the daily business of the Borough.
Code and Zoning
Chalfont Borough enforces the requirements of the 2015 International Code Council series of codes, as adopted by Act 45/The Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.
Emergency Management
The responsibility for all emergency services and disasters is handled by the Emergency Management Department.
Finance
The Finance Department manages financial processes for the Borough.
Parks and Recreation
Chalfont Borough prides itself on the beauty of its setting, its dedication to open space and recreation through the Chalfont Park System.
Police
The mission of the members of the Central Bucks Regional Police Department is to protect the rights, safety, and property of all persons within the Boroughs of Chalfont, Doylestown, and New Britain, and to otherwise provide professional service to all who come within our care and jurisdiction.
Public Works
The Public Works Department maintains Chalfont Borough buildings and equipment, as well as general road and open space upkeep.
