Interested parties may view the application and any plans relating thereto at the Chalfont Borough Hall located at 40 North Main Street, Chalfont, PA.

This Hearing is scheduled to consider an application from Synergy Family Holdings, LLC, 15 Winding Lane, Chalfont, PA 18914.

The subject property associated with this Application is owned by 31 Oak Ave Realty, LLC, is located at 31 Oak Avenue, Chalfont, PA (TMP No. 07-006-053) and is located within the LI – Light Industrial Zoning District.

Synergy Family Holdings, LLC is requesting the following relief from the Chalfont Borough Zoning Ordinance:

1. A Variance from §440.98 to establish a Pet Day Care and Salon (Use E23) at the subject property.
2. A Variance from §440.15.E.23(b) to permit overnight boarding at the subject property.
3. A Variance from §440.15.E.23(e) regarding parking. The applicant is requesting that 14 parking spaces be dedicated for the proposed Use where 51 parking spaces are required.

This notice is in compliance with the Chalfont Borough Zoning Ordinance.
