PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest that the Chalfont Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Borough Hall located at 40 North Main Street, Chalfont PA, on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 7:00PM.
This Hearing is scheduled to consider an application from Steve and Rebecca Wolfe requesting the following variance from Section 440.56.D of the Chalfont Borough Zoning Ordinance requiring a front yard setback of thirty (30) feet to allow for a twenty six (26) foot setback from Lilac Lane and a two (2) foot setback from Hibiscus Drive.
The subject property is owned by Stephen and Rebecca Wolfe and is located at 105 Lilac Lane, more specifically identified as TMP No. 07-012-009-003, and is located within the R1 – Low Density Suburban Residential Zoning District.
Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and/or may view the application and any plans relating thereto at the Chalfont Borough Hall located at 40 N Main Street, Chalfont, PA 18914.
