Historic Design Guidelines
In an effort to preserve the historic ambience of Chalfont Borough, we have provided the Historic Design Guidelines for property owners and/or residents in the Chalfont Historic District. If your property is located within the district, please consult this document before you plan to change or renovate the exterior of your building.
For businesses located in the district, the Sign Guidelines will be a valuable source of information when choosing the perfect sign to advertise your business.
