Administration

Borough Council appoints a Manager to oversee the operation of all Borough Departments, with the exception of the Police Department.  In addition, the Manager is responsible for the administration of policy decisions and directives that are made by Borough Council.

The Manager, in collaboration with the Borough Council President, sets the agenda for the Council Meetings.  Borough Council appoints a solicitor, engineer, and planner to provide professional services for the borough in areas such as zoning, land development, engineering, litigation, and storm water management.
